🔥 NATO has shot down an Iranian missile heading towards a US air base as Iran continues to furiously attack the Middle East after Ayatollah Ali Khamenei was killed in US-Israeli strikes.
The Iranian regime is targeting the US and its allies in the region and NATO air defences were forced to shoot down a ballistic missile heading toward Turkish airspace to Incirlik air base, which is believed to house US nuclear weapons, on Wednesday.
The missile passed through Iraq and Syria before it was downed by NATO defense systems stationed in the eastern Mediterranean, with debris falling into Turkey's Hatay province.
Turkey, a NATO member and neighbor of Iran, said it would take ‘all necessary steps to defend Turkish territory and airspace without hesitation’.
