Tewahedo Church celebration of the Holy Trinity is known by the name
‘Aga‘izite Alem Kidisiti Selassie -አጋዕዝተ
ዓለም ቅድስት ሥላሴ.
It is celebrated on January 15/16 (Tirr 07) of the Ethiopian
Calendar.

this day at the Tower of Babel, the Babylonians wanted a tower that
would reach to the heavens so that they could fight God. God saw the
pride in their hearts and confounded their language.

“Let us go down, and
there confound their language, that they may not understand one
another's speech.”
The doctrine of the Holy
Trinity was not plainly revealed in the Old Testament. However the
basis of the doctrine can be detected. The phrase "let us"
in the above verse gives the idea of plurality.

humankind in our image, according to our likeness...."
In the above verse the
word "Us" cannot refer to the angels because angels do not
create.

prostate cancer.

Akbulak was a prominent businessman who, together with his brother

TRAGIC CAUSE
OF DEATH
Erdoğan
Akbulak lost his life in Ethiopia, where he was on a tourist trip,
after being caught in the middle of an armed clash between local
groups during a safari. Akbulak, who was seriously injured in the
conflict, could not be saved despite all efforts. Following the
incident, Ethiopian authorities launched an investigation, while his
family contacted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and local
authorities to have his body brought back to Turkey.
Journalist Can
Özçelik reported that two other Turkish citizens were also caught
up in the same clash but managed to survive. They sought refuge at
the Turkish Embassy following the incident.
The attack took
place in the Suri district, about 330 kilometers (200 miles)
southwest of the capital, Addis Ababa, and was carried out by
“pastoralist bandits” on Monday morning, authorities in the
Southwest region.
