የፋሺስቱ ጋላ-ኦሮሞ እስላማዊ አገዛዝ እና አጋሮቹ በሕዝባችን ላይ ጀነሳይድ በመፈጽምና “የኬኛ ጂሃዱን” በማካሄድ ብኹርናችንን፣ ኢትዮጵያዊነታችንን፣ ክርስትናችንን፣ ባሕላችንን፣ ቋንቋችንን፣ ቅርሶቻችንን ባጠቃላይ ነፍሳችንን፣ ማንነታችንና ምንነታችንን ሰርቆ ለመውረስ በተለይ ካለፉት ስድስት ዓመታት ጀምሮ አንዳንዶቻችን በዓል፣ ጭፈራ፣ ሳቅ፣ ዙረት፣ ሰርግ እና ድግስ ሳንል እየተሰቃየንበት ያለነው መከራና ስቃይ ከዚህ ከትዕግስት ስቃይ የከፋ ነው።

የሐዘን፣ የከባድ ስሜታዊ ህመም፣ እና የክርስቲያን የዘር ማጥፋት እና የጅምላ ጭፍጨፋዎችን በማየት ወይም በመጋራት የሚደረሰው ስቃይ በአንዳንድ ኢትዮጵያውያን ክርስቲያኖች ዘንድ ጥልቅ የተስፋ መቁረጥ፣ የድህነት እና የህልውና ቀውስ ስሜት ፈጥሯል። አንድ ሰው በእነዚህ አስፈሪ ክስተቶች በቀጥታ ቢጎዳ ወይም በመመስከር እስከ አገሪቱ ድረስ ባለው ከፍተኛ ስቃይ ድረስ ሁለተኛ ደረጃ የስሜት ቀውስ ቢደርስበት፣ እነዚህ ስሜቶች በሰው ልጅ ስነ-ልቦና ላይ ትልቅ ጠባሳ እና ከባድ ሸክም ናቸው።

ብዙዎቹ ጭፍጨፋዎችን፣ ግፎችን እና በደሎችን የሚፈጽሙ ሰዎች/አውሬዎች በዚህ የማይረሳ እና በሚያሳዝን ጊዜ በሚያደርጉት እና በሚያዩት ነገር ህይወታቸውን ሙሉ እንደሚሰቃዩ እናውቃለን። እነዚህ ክፉዎች እና ዘመዶቻቸውም በከባድ የጥፋተኝነት ሸክም ስር መሰቃየታቸውን ይቀጥላሉ። መለኮታዊ ፍትህ ለክፉ ድርጊቶች ተጠያቂ በሆኑት ላይ ተገቢውን ቅጣት እንደሚጥል ምንም ጥርጥር የለውም። ሆኖም፣ ለዘመዶቻቸው የምናቀርበው ቀጣይነት ያለው ጸሎት ጻድቅ እና መሐሪ የሆነ እግዚአብሔር አምላክ ማወቅ ለነፍሳቸው የተወሰነ ሰላም እንደሚያመጣላቸው ነው።

These evils and their relatives will also continue suffering under a heavy burden of guilt. No doubt Divine Justice will impose appropriate punishment upon those responsible for the evil deeds. Nevertheless, our continued prayer for their relatives is that knowledge of a God who is both just and merciful will bring a measure of peace to their souls.
